About Joyce Kingsly

Joyce Kingsly is best known for her immense contribution to uplift the Indian business community particularly the women. She founded LWW the Women’s Wing of LISHA.

The socialite has spearheaded several social projects for the community at large.

Under her supervision, LWW has successfully organized 200 events , ranging from networking sessions, awareness programmes, seminars and business forums including 3 Singapore Book of Records achievements. They have released 2 books on the inspiring stories of close to 100 Business Women.

With Joyce directions and demonstartion of leadership skills, LWW is now acknowledged to be among the leading women organizations in Singapore.

Joyce brings to her work a mixture of both the entrepreneurial spirit and corporate professionalism that she has gained over the years of contributing to various aspects of her journey.

Founder & Chairperson of LISHA Women’s Wing which is a sub-committee of Little India Shopkeers & Heritage Association (LISHA) for 10 years 2012 to 2022.

Senior Consultant – Singapore South Asia Chamber Of Commerce & Industry (SSACCI)
Grassroots leader for 11 years in Citizen Consultative Committee (CCC) and Community Emergency Engagement (C2E) and assisted in Meet The People Sessions(MPS) for many years.
Joyce Kingsly also sits in the Tamil Language Learning And Promotion Committee (TLLPC) formed by Ministry of Education which aims to elicit the support in promoting the use of Tamil Language beyond classrooms past __ years (Have to ask TLLPC)

She was also the recipient of the Bathukamma Gold Women Excellency Awards in 2020 and the most pretigious “Avvaiyaar Award” by the Tamil Language & Cultural Society for her outstanding contributions to the community in 2021
